A global disruptive technology
Made from plants.
Built for the planet.
100% plant-based materials that replace plastic, Styrofoam, paper, cardboard, metal and lumber — without cutting down a single tree or creating waste.
From concept to commercial scale.
Earth Vision Bio has created the world's first starch pellets that can be foamed into a bio-based alternative to Styrofoam. Having moved beyond development — with 19 filed patents and secured letters of intent — the company has entered its scaling phase, with manufacturing facilities being acquired and multi-million dollar purchase orders underway.
One technology
Three categories of products.
Foam
Replaces expanded polystyrene (EPS), commonly known as Styrofoam®: single-use food service and shipping/packaging products.
Semi-rigid
Replaces single-use food service, beverage packaging, and shipping/packaging products — like 18 billion hot coffee lids and clamshells.
Ultra-rigid
Replaces wood and engineered lumber products, including pallets, crates and more.
Green and economically superior
Sustainability that costs less.
Proprietary starch pellets cost significantly less to produce than traditional materials — making the switch not just responsible, but profitable for the world's largest companies.
Why Earth Vision.
Protected IP
Proprietary technology protected by an expanding portfolio of 19 patents, with 8 more — each a new product category — being filed.
Cost-competitive
Cheaper than traditional manufacturing materials, with plant-based, compostable output.
Built to scale
Scalable production designed for global commercialization in existing industrial facilities.
Healthier planet
Replaces products that release microplastics — a hidden health threat we cannot ignore.
Carbon credits
Everyone who takes part earns.
A carbon credit represents one metric ton of carbon dioxide kept out of the atmosphere. By replacing plastic, Styrofoam®, lumber and paper with plant-based materials — without cutting trees or creating waste — Earth Vision Bio prevents emissions at the source. That impact is measurable, verifiable, and shared by everyone involved.
Earth Vision Bio
The company earns credits for every ton of emissions its plant-based production avoids compared with petroleum-based and forest-based materials.
Brands and buyers
Companies that switch to Earth Vision products earn credits toward their own sustainability goals, lowering their reported footprint.
Participants
Partners and supporters of the project share in the recognition of a measurable, real-world climate impact.
For the planet
Less CO₂ in the air, fewer microplastics, more standing forests.
Savings
Credits help offset compliance costs and carbon taxes as regulations tighten.
Kickback
Credits are a tradable asset that can be sold on carbon markets, creating added value.
Recognition
Verified impact strengthens ESG ratings, brand reputation and public trust.
Partnership with Dart Container
A legacy giant, going plant-based.
Dart Container is the world's largest producer of expanded polystyrene products, making over 3,000 items and billions of units a year. As legislation phases out Styrofoam®, Dart is partnering with Earth Vision Bio to make the transition real — starting with its Urbana, Illinois plant, which will serve as a global demonstration facility.
